Heroic Mode - Lady Deathwhisper

Welcome to the Crusaders Coliseum guide to heroic mode Lady Deathwhisper. This guide assumes you know the tactics from the normal mode, for reference the link can be found below:

Normal Lady Deathwhisper Strategy and Tactics

The changes to note compared to the normal version of this encounter are as follows.

• 1. Lady Deathwhisper Heroic has more HP.
• 2. Adds keep coming even after the mana shield is down.
• 3. Adds spawn at a faster rate.
• 4. More players are Mind Controlled, 3 in 25 man and 1 in 10 man.
• 5. In phase 2 she is now immune to taunt, DPS MUST watch their aggro.
• 6. Shades will explode dealing damage to everyone in 20 yards not just melee range.

Heroic Lady Deathwhisper - Phase 1

Mind Controlled players MUST be CC'd. Druid Cyclone or Hunter frost trap is excellent for this. You will need High DPS to burn the adds down fast enough as the adds spawn faster than in normal mode.

Heroic Lady Deathwhisper - Phase 2

Phase two needs three tanks at a minimum. All three tanks should be trying to generate more threat than the other, if the tank that is currently holding Heroic Lady Deathwhisper receives on of the debuff marks then one of the other tanks should take over. Adds spawn at a reduced rate and you dont get as many but they can still be a raid wiper, make sure you deal with these ASAP, the more you can get under CC the better the DPS can stay on Heroic Lady Deathwhisper. ALL DPS must be aware of the threat generated and stay below it.  Misdirects and Tricks of the Trade will help a ton in this phase to keep all three tanks at the top of the threat list. The enrage timer really comes into play on this Heroic mode, you really do need good DPS.
