WoW Guide - Valithria Dreamwalker Macros

Please find some really useful Macros for using in the Valithria Dreamwalker encounter. These are mostly useful to ranged DPS and Hybrid classes who can off heal, but they can easily be adapted to fit any role and class.

Standard mob priority targeting macro

/cleartarget
/target [nodead] Risen Archmage
/target [nodead] suppresser
/target [nodead] Blazing Skeleton
/cast XXXXXXXX

Replace XXXXXXXX with the name of the spell you wish to cast.

It keeps going down the list, the last selected mob will then have the chosen spell cast on it, after which you can start your spell rotation and carry on as normal. 

Archmage Interrupting Macro - Part 1

/clearfocus
/target [nodead] Risen Archmage
/focus
/targetlasttarget

You can add a "/console targetNearestDistance 30.000000" before and a "/console targetNearestDistance 40.000000"  line before and after (respectively) the /target and /focus lines if you're having probs with the macro targeting mobs out of range, but other than that this should work fine.

Archmage Interrupting Macro - Part 2

/stopcasting
/cast [target=focus] XXXXXX
/cast [target=focus] XXXXXX

Replace XXXXXX with the interrupt spell/ability of your chosing, adding two cast lines mean that if one is on cooldown it will use the second, worth having as a backup.

Healing/Hybrid Class Valithria Dreamwalker Healing Macro

/target Valithria Dreamwalker
/cast XXXXXXXX
/targetlasttarget. 

Replace XXXXXXXX with the name of the healing spell you wish to use.

Enables you to pop off a couple of heals onto the boss when there aren't any of the high-priority mobs up, there is no other healing needed and  if the lower-priority ones are being dealt with.

These macro's were originally setup for an Elemental Shammy by the name of Triga who kindly supplied them in our private forums. Respect dude.
