Welcome back to this week of general goods on crusaderscoliseum.com, where I, yours truly, will be showing you the awesome sauce of engineering.
Engineering has always been the funniest profession in the world of warcraft and today I will show you the benefits in both PVE and PVP content.
And you just use ores/bars + some stones to make your way through the levelling phase, which also is REALLY boring and if you are lazy, it’s expensive.
Engineering in PVE
In PVE engineering’s use is quite limited to some classes, it’s decent for all, but as fury warrior and kitty cat druids I wouldn’t take it.
What does Engineering offer you for PVE? It gives you a 340 Haste on demand for 12 sec with just 1 minute cool down! If this is used every minute its 68 passive haste which blows every other glove enchant. For tanks it gives you a 885 armor increase which is quite good. The last glove enchant is a hand mounted pyro rocket with 45 seconds cool down, but this is way behind other enchants on gloves for PVE.
To your belt it gives you a quite non valuable AOE stun that only works on mechanical or a 6minute cool down grenade. For your cloak it gives you a 27 spell power or 23 agility enchant that also gives your cloak a parachute, which is more funny than useful. One of the most funny things from engineering is the feet enchant, it gives you 24 crit rating and a use with 150% speed increase for 5 seconds. And last but not least a head enchant that gives you 45 stamina and if you use this head enchant it tries to mind control your target.
Engineering in PVP
This is the shizzle fo dizzle in PVP, the rocket boots and grenade belt are really useful in bg’s and duels but can’t be used in arena. The parachute is really awesome and a little trick for your hunters, bind it with your disengage and get way further away. But but but, this is really the best profession for PVP, and why? Handmounted pyro rocket! 45 seconds cooldown, goes through cloak of shadows and deterrence. And ! its off global cooldown! This is really the most awesome thing ever, you’ll never regret taking this profession if you are going arena!
Funny random Engineering stuff
Bombs! Yes, I said it, you can throw around with grenades with this profession!
Flying AND ground mounts ! Oh yeah, what a little beauty you can make!
Mini pets ! For achievement whores, there you go !
Portable Repairbot and Mailbox: This shit have everything!
And we all know that every man need a multi tool, so that’s why you get gnomish army knife, which every 30 min’s gives you the ability to try a resurrection on a dead player, as all engineering stuff, it can fail ! but ! "Includes Gyromatic Micro-Adjuster, Arclight Spanner, Flint and Tinder, Blacksmithing Hammer, Mining Pick, and a Skinning Knife." Which saves you quite some bag space :D
Profit in Engineering
The profit of this profession is quite sadly limited to rare crafts now and then and arrows/bullets, but that can be quite some business since those hunter shoot a hell lot of those arrows/bullets! But be aware this isn’t a moneymachine! As those god dam annoying green little monsters other people call goblins says: “Time is money friend”..
Oh well, this profession is great, really, I would recommend to take it, it’s great fun and really useful. You know the retards standing there right before the heroic Rotface pull saying, “MY WEAPON IS RED WAIT”.. Then you just give him a repairbot! Time saved, Tard helped. Feel good and peace out.
